HR Administrator - Hattersley

Our client is looking to strengthen their HR Team with a HR Administrator based at their head office in Hattersley for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for providing support to the Central HR Team and you will report directly to the Senior HR Advisor. Your
responsibilities will include:

Ensure that all filing is organized and up to date, maintaining compliant personnel files following best practices.
Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Handle general HR administration tasks, including the preparation and distribution of letters.
Update absence, sickness, and leave records, ensuring the timely receipt of relevant sickness certifications.
Manage the probation review process for employees.
Process employee bonuses accurately and efficiently.
Provide support and assistance to HR Business Partners/Advisors in their day-to-day activities.
Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to schedule Site Medicals efficiently.
Process employee references in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Maintain data in the HR database and other relevant business systems.
Coordinate closely with the payroll department to meet monthly payroll deadlines.
Undertake any additional duties, training, or work hours reasonably required for this role.
