Duties:
Undertake a variety of tasks as directed / coordinated by the Administration Manager.
Tasks to include but not inclusive:
o Checking and where appropriate amending labour times, materials etc on work orders
o Process site access, by liaising with the senior managers.
o Updating Absence/Holiday planner.
o Timesheets (if applicable), overtime and expenses processing and checking where appropriate
o Sub-Contractors work order call outs
o Updating various trackers for managers.
o Raising work orders for both Request for Alterations and Minor Works
o Booking of meeting rooms as and when requested
o Updates on audits
o Printing and sorting PPM's for each specialism
o Informing the Commercial team of any Damages
o Procurement of items as required, either via Coins or Credit Card
o Booking travel and hotels
o Minute taking for meetings as and when required
o Monitoring of Shared Inbox / Post and ensure correct distribution
Work collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues to provide the most efficient administration support function
Respect the importance of health and safety and contribute to the divisional health and safety targets
