Job Title: Helpdesk Operator / Administrator

Pay Rate: £10.00 to £10.40 Per Hour
Out client, a large Construction and Facilities Management Contractor, has an urgent requirement for a Helpdesk Operator / Administrator in Cambridge, to work on a temporary / interim contract.
In this role, you will focus more on the helpdesk operator duties, with Adhoc administration tasks. The role entails working on a new hospital, and will includes managing inbound calls, assisting customer with a variety of questions, as well as booking appointments and logging all information on their internal system.
Candidates will require basic IT and administration skills for this role, alongside a background working in a similar role, speaking with the general public to assist with general queries.
This role is available to start straight away and out client has confirmed that they have complied with the governments guidance of managing the risk of Covid-19. You will receive training on their Covid-19 safeguarding procedures upon arrival.
