PAYE: £9.23 | LTD: £11.68

Start: 03/02/2020

Anderselite currently have a contract for an experienced Helpdesk/ Customer Service Operative to work with a reputable facilities management company from their premises in Nottingham.

This is a temporary contract, due to commence on 3rd February 2020 and run for approximately one month, working 8.30am - 5pm (Monday-Friday).

With strong customer service skills, you will need to be familiar with handling customer queries via phone calls and email correspondence and have a confident, positive and professional manner.

This role will also include:

  • Updating the system
  • Organising contractor works
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Managing invoice queries
  • Other administrative duties, as required

If you have experience in a customer service environment with superb attention to detail and time management skills, this role could suit your skillset. Ideally, you will also have some knowledge of CAFM systems.
