Job description

  • Experienced Receptionist/Helpdesk Administrator required for a major client in East London
  • Required to answer calls and deal with any incoming queries
  • Ideally live local to the Stadium
  • The operative must be prepared to work flexible hours, these may be unsociable including working weekends and may vary on a weekly basis
  • Hold both reception and helpdesk experience within an FM environment
  • Must be able to work well on own initiative as the reception is stand-alone and also be able to work within a helpdesk team environment
  • Along with reception duties the candidate will need to have experience of Maximo - V Nexus system to assist on the FM Helpdesk
  • Candidate may be required to work match / event days such as concerts, athletics etc. So must be flexible
  • To start ASAP ideally and interviews will be held
  • £10 - £12 PAYE dependant on experience
  • Experience with V-Nexus / Helpdesk / Reception
  • May be working in an isolated environment and be happy to work within in a team on the helpdesk. The candidates will need to be flexible and happy to work during sports events and concerts so may be required to work late.
