Job description

Our funding clients currently are institutional investors with our delivery clients being a combination of Local Authorities, Registered Providers and Support Providers.

Specific tasks

  • Data Entry
  • Scheduling FPDL Engineers
  • Preparing Invoices
  • Preparing Quotes
  • Scheduling of PPM Jobs
  • Allocating reactive and quoted jobs to contractors
  • Liaising with Housing Associations and Care Providers
  • Chasing documentation from Contractors
  • Scanning documents into SASSHA
  • Ensuring SLA's are met
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Photocopying
  • Covering a 7day rotating shift, 8am to 11 pm

Job Duties (General):

The key function of the role will be to manage the property objectives of key stakeholders linked to residential Supported Living schemes in England and Wales in line (and targeted) with the clients funding objectives and financial modelling. Key Accounts will consist of a combination of Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Support Providers, Estate Agents and Introducers. You will develop good working practices by providing information, which can be used in improving and influencing company systems, workflow and Key Performance Indicator metrics.

Resolves administrative problems by preparation of reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions / keeping good quality records.

To fully understand their needs and manage expectation levels of all stakeholders


  1. Help Desk Experience
  2. Good negotiation Skills
  3. Good verbal communication skills
  4. Computer literate
  5. Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
  6. Property/Construction industry background

Salary / Remuneration

Salary Banding of initial £18,000 p.a plus 15% shift penalty allowance (£2700 p.a)

3 month probation with a salary review thereafter (?).
