Helpdesk Administrator
3 month contract with possible extension
£11 / hour PAYE

Fantastic temporary opportunity available to join a leading company in Facilities Management! We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator for a 3-month contract assignment in London, starting ASAP

A multi-tasking role covering all disciplines from Reception, Administration and Help Desk CAFM. You will need to provide each service to a high standard and to the benefit of all on non-event days and event days.

Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and Greeting stakeholders and visitors
Assisting stakeholders with conference and meeting management
Answering in-coming telephone calls and correctly re-directing them
Managing car park
First point of contact for visitors on the location
Ensuring all visitors are given visitor passes and are signed in and out
Provide administrative support when required
Ensuring you have all information for Fire Marshall and First Aiders
Passing on all requests to the appropriate resource
Confirming booking reference to the caller and ensure they are kept up to date
Act as focal point for all client staff and user requests for assistance
Manage a hand / take over from the security service, ensuring you provide / obtain full briefing on outstanding issues.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience in Help Desk role
Comfortable speaking with stakeholders
Excellent telephone manner
Comfortable with computer systems
Previous experience in a receptionist role
Excellent time keeping
Highly motivated
