The Company

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join a leading automotive company based in Oxford (Cowley region).

The Job

We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator with Admin and Customer Service experience to join their busy team on a temp-perm basis (perm contract highly likely to be offered before the New Year.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (flexi hours available).

We are looking for candidates who are immediately available or who have short notice periods due to the urgency of this post.

Scheduling of engineers / facilities management background is highly desirable for this vacancy.

Job Duties

As Helpdesk Administrator, you will:

  • Answer customer telephone calls and emails
  • General admin duties
  • Scheduling appointments for engineers
  • Key issuing
  • Managing subcontractor upon their arrival
  • Updating and maintaining databases

The person, will:

  • Strong admin experience from a facilities management background
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fully IT literate ideally with experience of using Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Be flexible with working hours due to business needs when required
