Helpdesk Manager

Central London

Up to £40,000 including package DOE

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Manager to work for a leading contractor based in central London.


Operational across the full spectrum of facilities management functions, this role is a customer service driven position, currently leading a team of 10 with a view to expand, to maintain customer satisfaction across a total of 2000 commercial, vacant and residential properties.


The primary function of this role is to be the lead interface between all stakeholders building solid and effective relationships in terms of liaison, involvement, community cohesion, customer care, innovation and service delivery.


You will ensure the programme of works schedule is delivered for the client whilst maintaining quality systems and processes and ensure the best in class customer satisfaction is delivered to the highest standards and maintained across multiple clients.

To apply, you must have a minimum 3 years experience of managing a Helpdesk Previous Client facing experience and you must have Performance management background.

Experience in working with property lettings will also be a definate advantage.
