Help Desk Administrator
Salford Quays (Very good public transport)
Temp-Perm
Up to £11.14ph DOE

Our client based in Salford Quays is currently looking for someone to cover absence over the coming weeks on their help desk.

This position is initially for 12 weeks but with the opportunity to go permanent with the company for the right person.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

-Co-ordinate incoming telephone and email enquiries onto the Helpdesk through Concept Evolution System.
-Log, respond and organise all quoted and reactive works from customer enquiry to job completion within SLA timeframe.
-Input work orders through the CE system, ensuring contract SLA's and KPI's are met.
-Plan and dispatch all tasks to workforce through CE system to achieve SLA's and KPI's.
-Monitor outstanding work tasks through to completion in line with SLA's, identify priority tasks failing to meet SLA's.
-Prepare and issue weekly/monthly to clients.
-Place purchase orders and adhere to the procurement process in line with company operating procedures.
-Input job completion certificates, time records against tasks, ensure follow up on quoted works.
-Collate and distribute all reports in line with procedural and contractual requirements.
-Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement activity to reduce levels of customer complaints.
-Maintain and update CE in line with contractual requirement and commercial reporting for comprehensive component of contract
