Helpdesk Co-Ordinator
School based in Basildon
5 month contract
£8.62 - £9.62ph PAYE
Enhanced DBS check required (will be sent once offer accepted)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced help desk co-ordinator to work in a school environment based in Basildon, Essex to coordinate the help desk service, sub contractors and materials ordering within Essex Schools.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Organising and monitoring the overall help desk delivery in relation to and including performance reports, help desk updates, contract deduction process, damage reports and sub contractor activity.

-Developing and maintaining evidence based systems for the monitoring of damage/self monitoring of service provision, together with monitoring of contractual KPIs via the help desk.

-Maintenance of all administration and associated quotation process for authority damage and ad hoc call outs.

-Provide timely updates for the premises staff and engineers in relation to delivery times of orders.
