Main focus of the role is to value engineer profitable work with a focus on ground improvement and the piled foundations solutions market, whilst ensuring that risks and opportunities are identified, managed and successfully communicated to the whole team.

This role may suit an individual from a consulting background looking for experience in the specialist contracting environment, where they can use their current knowledge base to develop practical Geotechnical solutions.
This role will suit an individual who is able to review a package of tender information and use their understanding of Geotechnics to develop and design an efficient and cost-effective proposal across a range of geotechnical processes and techniques.
No prior estimating experience required, but previous exposure to detailed pile and ground improvement design would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will be given opportunity to develop into the role, whilst simultaneously
developing the role, in order to continuously advance our clients in-house Engineering expertise.
Master’s degree or higher in Geotechnical Engineering, with a solid understanding of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnics.
