M&E Quantity Surveyor – High Rise Development - Salford – Freelance – Outside IR35 – Hybrid

My client are a regional consultancy who work with some highly reputable clients in the M&E sector, they predominantly work on QS services and Cost Management on M&E projects.

This role will require 2 days visiting site and 3 days working from home.

The project will be for an M&E Quantity Surveyor on a high-rise construction project.

Role and Duties

• Work alongside project managers on M&E projects.
• Managing the contractual and financial side of the projects
• Composing variations
• Monthly valuations and final accounts
• Managing sub-contractor supplier accounts
• Valuing sub-contractor work and arranging payments
• Preparation of cash flows, monthly cost reports and analysis of budgets

Candidate
Experience in M&E projects - Essential
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Previously employed by a consultancy, client, or specialist M&E firm - Desirable
