Job Title – Project Quantity Surveyor

Contract length - Ongoing contract 3 – 5 months with chance of extension.

Based in – Hybrid working policy is 1 day on each site, 1 day in the office and 2 days from site/home

The projects - Looking after 2 projects one in North Wales one in Wigan

Fit out project – city centre Manchester

The role

Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project

Final accounts.

Pay subcontractors and raise invoices.

Write reports.

Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers

Candidate Essentials

Fit out project experience - essential

Must have worked as either a Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyor in a similar role

The ideal candidate will either be from a contracting background.

Driving license - Essential

Rates £250 - £300 per day
