Our client is one of the leading names within modular construction, enjoying an exceptionally busy 2020 with the success set to continue throughout 2021 and beyond having been awarded an number of projects across multiple sectors, including education, commercial and healthcare.

Due to this success they are now looking for a Design Manager to join the business on an initial 6 month contract.

* Oversee and Manage the design process
* Identifying design solutions, design risk and opportunities to support the business in delivering existing pipeline and secure new work
* Attend pre-qualification interviews and presentations
* Lead design development meetings during the tender process
* Drive innovative and cost-effective solutions into the design
* Review all design proposals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Design Manager within a main contracting environment, experience working on either education or healthcare project would be an advantage as would modular and off-site construction experience.

• Degree qualified (Architecture or Engineering)
• Experience working with REVIT
