We are currently working on behalf of a leading Facilities Services provider, to recruit a Service Delivery Manager on a large PFI Healthcare contract in the High Wycombe area
Summary of Role:
A pivotal role in the Technical Services team managing the delivery of services within a nominated geographical area. The position has responsibility for the operational delivery of M&E /Fabric works including planned, re-active and small quoted works within the operating region. The successful applicant will Line Manage a team of mobile engineers to ensure service delivery is to the highest standards and maintained across multiple Clients. Continually reviewing operating region performance to ensure engineering efficiency and first time fix ratio is maximised whilst engineering travel and non-productive time is kept to an absolute minimum.
Additional responsibilities include; Coordinating/chair monthly team progress meetings, ensuring continued compliance with Client and Internal KPI / SLA's, recruitment and selection of new team members, responsibility for regional H&S and QA compliance, have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to promote the services delivered to new and existing clients, compiling monthly performance reports. Ability to interact at senior management level with Vinci stakeholders, internal and external clients is a must.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Provide general day to day management and direction to the engineering team
* Continually review regional KPI and SLA performance statistics and act accordingly to maximise sector operational performance
* Continually review the regions work type and volumes to ensure a suitably skilled workforce is available
* Monitor daily job completion rates both planned and reactive tasks, sector travel time and first time fix ratio to ensure maximum engineering efficiency and minimum travel time are guaranteed
* Review repeat job visit information daily and take appropriate action to ensure first time fix ratio is maximised
* Monitor vehicle tracking system and action as required
* Ensure complete statutory, contractual and Health and Safety compliance for a designated region,
* Submit monthly accident report in line with Health and Safety policies.
* Engineering team timesheet approval and sign-off, review of engineers paperwork. Ensuring site issues are highlighted to client and all engineering work recommendations are actioned.
* To manage internal client expectations within the region, take ownership of client escalations and deliver satisfactory resolutions
* Ensure Compliance audits are acted upon and closed off within the designated Timescale.
* Submit engineer overtime and unproductive report on a weekly basis
* Deal with any escalated PDA Issues from field based engineers.
* Maintain daily management interface between the mobile business and Internal clients
Requirements:
CSCS:CSCS Professional required
Qualifications: M&E Engineering qualifications required
Professional Membership: IHEEM and CEng required
Relevant Experience: Experience in healthcare, PFI, Experience in replacement of major components required
