We are currently working with a leading Facilities provider to recruit a Regional FM Contract Manager to work across government facilities in the Liverpool area. The work will be Monday to Friday and on a fixed term contract of around 9 months, with the potential to extend beyond. We are looking for people who can begin employment at short notice and the sites are roughly around the Merseyside/West Lancashire regions 

This role will be suitable for a self-motivated, immediately available individual with strong operations/personnel management experience of over 50 reports and 5-8 direct, and excellent health and safety knowledge. Ideally within facilities industry, or hospitality management, logistics, security, events, soft services (catering/cleaning) healthcare 

You will be confident and thorough in your communication - be it holding one to ones, managing a strong team or being able to deal with disciplinarians and grievances where they may arise.

In addition to managing the onsite teams you will also be required to work closely with the client and be able to be adaptable and flexible when it comes to the changing needs of the site.

You will be responsible for Health & Safety and so IOSH qualifications or above is required, Client Relationships, Reporting and Staff Management, Cleaning and Security.

For this role we are looking at immediate starts, and therefore need either an existing DBS certificate or willingness to apply, and a list of sound references from the last few years.
