The Company

An award-winning house build company based in the North East are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their busy and expanding team based near Newcastle.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Floating Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our potential customers who are looking to buy their new home. You will be responsible to supporting customers through the purchasing process, ensuring that they receive an excellent customer journey. You will be based on site, working across various different sites across the North East region and will qualify for mileage from your door to site and back each day.

This vacancy is a permanent role offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

Please not hours of work are Thursday - Monday from 9.45am - 5.15pm

Job Duties

As a Floating Sales Executive your key responsibilities will be:

· Achieving agreed targets for sales and legal completions.

· Qualifying customers by providing expertise in the Company's product, specifications and availability and ensuring affordability.

· Management and negotiation of the sales process from reservation through to legal completion.

· Address enquiries from customers, ensuring any concerns are dealt with quickly and effectively.

· Liaise with banks, building societies and estate agents in a confident and professional manner to ensure an exchange of contracts is met within agreed timeframe.

· Effectively communicate with construction & keep customer informed throughout their journey.

· Maintain up to date records using the Company CRM system

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years proven sales executive experience
  • Property sales background is desirable
  • An outgoing personality is essential
  • Tenacious work ethic
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Must be presentable, polished and professional
  • Excellent communication skills are paramount.
