Job description

We are currently seeking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to work in our clients South Yorkshire office as part of the Fleet Team.

You will be responsible for the administration of the company's fleet using FleetPlus Vehicle Management system.

You will support in the planning and administration of servicing, maintenance, MOT and Road Fund License schedules as well as vehicle hire and maintenance works. You will keep the company's insurance records up to date and plan vehicle pick up and drop off.

It is essential that you will have previous experience of working within a similar position ideally with vehicle related duties and have strong IT and organisational skills. Experience in maintaining databases and in the production of information would be an advantage and to work well in a team.
