Anderselite are recruiting a Fit Out Manager on behalf of our client to work on a Fixed Term basis in Oxford.

Duties include:

• As a member of the project team, reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination and leadership of a number of sub-contractors employed in a variety of trades within the respective area of works.
• The role requires a high level of interfacing between internal departments and external agencies such as Architects, Engineers, Sub-contractors and Client Agents.
• Working with the Commercial staff write the Scope of Works for each package, for which you are responsible for.
• Managing technical aspects of the on and off-site works.
• Review package tender information produced by design teams and comment where appropriate.
• Manage numerous packages for your designated area.

The successful candidate will have:

• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
• Tier 1 Main Contractor experience.
• Previously worked on Mixed Use & Education projects.
• Large / Major Project experience would be advantageous.
• Keen eye for detail, Finishing / Section Management experience.
