Site Manager required for finishing elements of a large new build hotel in Manchester.

You will join a large management team working for the main contractor, and be responsible for overseeing all the finishes to a large number of high quality hotel rooms.

Overseeing sub-contractors, arranging for tradesman to return to complete work, and reporting on progress back to the project manager will all be key responsibilities.

CITB SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Qualifications will be required for this role.

An initail contract of 12 weeks is on offer for the succesful candidate.
