Finishing Foreman needed for a medium sized multi-unit Residential project near Croydon, South East London. Must have relevant CSCS and First Aid certificates in date as minimum, along with extensive Residential biased Finishings experience.

Reporting into a No.1 Site Manager, the Finishing Foreman will need to be the person out on site overseeing multiple trades as they work through the sequencing of works from 1st fix, M&E through to completion. Snagging, reporting, driving and finishing the project on the internals.

Will need have a keen eye for detail, have a good working knowledge of the packages being overseen and be able to get around site being the eyes and ears of the SM on a day to day basis.

Must have Finishing Foreman/Manager eperience.
