Finance Assistant
West Malling – ME19 area
Start date ASAP
£15 to £18 per hour depending on experience
40-hour work week (full time in the office to start off with, when confident in activities there is potential to move to hybrid working)
New opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a large, well-respected construction & building services company on a contract assignment. You will be responsible for processing invoices and looking after supplier accounts.
We are looking for someone with direct experience in finance/accounts who can hit the ground running. Experience dealing with sub-contractors and using Microsoft packages (word, excel, outlook etc) Is essential and you must possess a great attitude towards work with a flexible approach and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Recoding of POs
- Verifying/obtaining approval for Sub-Contractor Invoices
- Update payment trackers
- Liaise with Sub-Contractors regarding Invoice queries/requesting credits
- Receipting and managing Oracle workflows (training provided)
Start date – ASAP
End date – March 2023 (possibility of extension but this cannot be guaranteed right now)
