Office Administrator
Hemel Hempstead
Start date – ASAP
End date – 6 months from start (possibility of extension)
£12 per hour

New opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a large, well respected construction company on a contract assignment. Your role will be key to supporting the office with administration duties and being point of contact for queries etc.

This is a general office administration role where you will be opening post, scanning and entering invoices onto the system, checking customer statements, answering the phone and dealing with queries from suppliers, dealing with the site teams to get approval of invoices, and other adhoc duties as required.

We are looking for someone with relevant previous office administration experience. This role would suit a junior administrator who is looking to gain further experience in a construction office environment! You must possess a great attitude towards work with a flexible approach and be proficient with MS packages.
