Job description
Freelance contract available for a Facilities Manager with CAPEX experience to manage programmed works for a large educational site in Lancashire. You must have experience in managing CAPEX projects including M&E systems refits, general building works and redecoration, ideally with the education sector. The vacancy has arisen to cover long term sickness.
Facilities Manager - this role involves:
- Project managing CAPEX projects
- Manage FM delivery ensuring an exemplary level of customer service
- Environmental systems management
- Health & Safety, risk assessments and other statutory compliance
- PPMs and reactive maintenance programs
- Communicating with occupiers and building strong business relationships
- Resolving occupier queries or complaints
- Managing a team of FM professionals
- Managing both hard & soft FM services including KPI's / SLA's
- Insurance claims
- Site records
- Disaster recovery
- Building inspections
