Facilities Coordinator needed - ASAP start - Hereford

My client is looking for a permanent coordinator to join their team at a school in Hereford.

You will assist in the running of the CAFM system and administrative service to the Management Team, including support in maintaining compliance and mitigation of service failures.


Looking for someone with:

- Strong administrative background

- Good personal skills and good in a team

- Experience with CAFM software preferable.

- Good with software

You will:

- Update tasks on the CAFM system, receive pre planned and reactive tasks

- Relay information and keep client updated when needed

- Interpret data to meet management and client needs

- The weekly review of reactive and PPM tasks, to ensure that tasks are closed in line with the SLA.

- Raise purchase orders specific to maintenance works

You will receive 22k yearly salary plus package from client.
