Busy Bristol Architectural Practice is currently looking for an experienced CAD Technician/Architectural Assistant to join their team.

You will need to have several years' relevant experience and have a track record of working on residential schemes ideally on large scale housing developments. You will also have excellent AutoCAD skills and working knowledge of photoshop and sketchip would also be useful.
You will be able to demonstrate skills in client liaison and the management of projects.
AutoCAD is a must and Revit would be useful.
Within your role you would be working on CAD housing layouts, house and apartment drawings (for planning purposes only) streetscenes, planning applications and planning drawings.
