A regular client of mine is seeking an Estimator to bolster their Pre-Construction Team having seen a sustained period of growth over the last 6 months.

They're flexible when it comes to the level of experience, placing the emphasis on identifying the right individual for their business that has an understanding of the Estimating process.

They're a fit-out and refurbishment specialist operating within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors across London and the South East and would be looking to pay a competitive salary dependent on experience. This could be anywhere between £25,000-£37,500 with the opportunity for either an Assistant, Intermediate or fully fledged Estimator.

This role would suit either an Estimator OR Assistant / Intermediate / Trainee Estimator.

The Pre-Construction Department is headed up by one of the Directors and an Estimator and with tender levels continuing to increase this role has opened up, they're a small close knit team that offer a great work life balance in a busy, fun environment within an interesting sector.
