Electrical Project manager required to work on large multi-storey office refurbishment in central manchester.

As site based PM you will manage and deliver all aspects the Electrical package from Design to procurement and delivery. Competent in LV, Fire alarm and Switch rooms. Able to manage sub-contractors and attend client meetings. Drive the program and provide weekly reports to client and main contractor.
The project will run for a minimum of 6 months.

Duties/skills and qualifications:

-SMSTS/SSSTS
-first aid at work
-Electrical qualifications
-18th edition desirable
-previous experience of managing electrical works on latrge scale refurbishments
-Leadership skills
-Commercially aware
-Ability to offer advice and technical support to engineers
