Job description

Electrical Project Manager - Permanent - West London - circa £52,000-£55,000

AndersElite are recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager for a national building services contractor, based on a large residential project in West London.

This is a permanent position, available August 2019 onwards and will offer a salary, depending on experience, of approximately £52,000-55,000 per annum plus benefits, including company car or package.

Our client is well established in the UK building services market, so this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to be part of a developing team and thriving business.
Reporting into the Senior Contracts Manager, the selected candidate will be required to oversee electrical services installations on new build and refurbishment projects, usually in the commercial, residential, industrial, education and healthcare sectors.

The first work location is site based in West London on a multimillion-pound residential project, which is due for completion in 2020.

The Electrical Project Manager will be fully responsible for the running of the site on all electrical matters, assisting on design and project planning, managing electrical packages with all associated cost control and commercial management.

This is a number 1 role, managing existing site managers and overseeing subcontractors carrying out the full electrical range of works, whilst reporting into the senior M&E Contracts Manager.

This position is available from August 2019, with applications welcome from candidates who are either immediately available or serving a notice period with their current employer.

Moving forward, as a valued member of the team in the long term, future projects will range from £1m up to £10m in electrical services value, located in the Greater London region. Applicants should therefore have proven experience as the overall electrical lead on projects of this size in relevant building environments.

It is advantageous for candidates to possess a degree / HNC in Building Services or any other technical qualifications, including SMSTS / CSCS for site management, although all applicants will be judged primarily on their previous experience.

If you are interested in this role, please send your Current CV urgently and/or Call Richard Bradley on 0121 200 5520.
