Document Controller

Document Controller required for a luxury residential developer who have been established in and around London for 20 years. In the market place they have one of the best names in the industry. Their projects are all bespoke large luxury housing projects.

Job requirements include:

  • Using Sharepoint
  • Receive and check the content of all design information issued by the

Technical department.

  • Record receipt of the design information on a computer based drawing

Register software.

  • Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence
  • Filing all hard copy documents in appropriate folders and keeping up to date files including drawing and document registers
  • Carry out routine document management administrative tasks including document release and publishing, technical query handling, transmittals, filing, copying and local library management
  • Amending documents that were uploaded incorrectly, where possible
  • Issue and receive controlled documentation, log issues and receivers, and create general electronic transmittals to the project, customer and suppliers
  • Compiling reports, reception duties, typing, any other admin (copying, printing, scanning, filing, arranging of meeting room

Looking for someone with 3 years + experience working on a Residential Development for a Main Contractor in the UK.

This is a permanent role so your CV must have some stability in it.

It's essential that you have Sharepoint experience.

Driving is preferable but not essential as long as you can travel to Kingston London WITHIN 40 MINUTES.
