Our client is one of the largest independent programme and project management consultancies in the UK.

Due to a particular piece of work with a client they are looking for a Development Surveyor to join their team on a current basis. You will be seconded into work for their housing client who is based in Liverpool but can be home based for the rest of the time so you could be based across the North of the UK. Site visits will be weekly or every 2 weeks.

To be considered for this role you will have gained previous experience working within a Development Surveying position and ideally have gained some of this experience working within the Housing sector.

You will be responsible for carrying out surveys and understand the appraisal process.
