Data, Records & Process Administrator #
North-based (Sheffield/ Leeds/ Manchester)
PAYE: £14.43| LTD: £18.26
Start: 27/01/2020 - 31/07/2020

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Data, Records & Process Administrator for a 6-month contract, commencing at the end of January, to work alongside a leading facilities management company.

This role will involve travelling between sites based at Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester (travel expenses accommodated) to digitise hard copy documents. In return, flexible working hours are offered (totalling 40 hours per week) and once these have been uploaded to the electronic database, the candidate can be based nearest to their home location.

Comfortable and knowledgeable with technology, problem-solving and using your own initiative, this role will encompass process defining, mapping and implementing alongside digitising and storing hard copy documentation. As such, you'll need a strong attention to detail and ideally experience with Power BI.

Duties will include:
* Developing automated workflow processes for document & information control
* Scanning hard copy documents
* Organising digitised documents into an electronic filing system
* Document client processes and map these for continuous management and maintenance
* Identify and document a process, schedule and standard formats for all national and site fire safety documentation
* Arrange maintenance of documents including electronic storage location, review processes, etc.
