Our client has asked us to identify a Customer Service Technician, who has experience working in a similar role in the construction industry. This role will report into the Customer Service Manager and will sit within the team based from the regional office. The role will offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits.
The focus of this role is to carry out timely and high-quality repair work with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties include:
• Undertake a range of remedial work on new homes (which can include carpentry, decorating, plastering).
• Ensures that any repairs are completed on time and in one visit, to ensure that customers receive an excellent after-sales service level as they move in, and throughout the warranty period provided with every new home.
• Carries out planned maintenance and repair improvements to occupied properties Diagnoses and repairs faults.
• Maintains clean working areas.
• Carries out safe working practices to ensure individual well-being, as well as that of customers and colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge and adhere to relevant Group Policies and Procedures, Legislation and Regulations.
• Develop and ensure safe working practices.
The successful candidate will have:
• Experienced in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess a positive outlook
• Conscientious with the ability to take the initiative and problem solve
• Full, valid driving licence
• Relevant CSCS card
• Close attention to detail
