Job description

Our client is an integrated highways service provider operating across London and the South of England. Our goal is to deliver the best highways solutions within our industry through efficiency, responsibility and a focus on clients and their customers.

Our services include highways term maintenance, street lighting and electrical services, surfacing, traffic management and public realm infrastructure projects.

Working within the Highways team, you shall take responsibility for the delivery of an exceptional customer and project experience. You shall support the development of a best practice service that ensures customer & project advocacy, adds value and outperforms agreed business KPI's.

Responsibilities -

  • Promote and encourage a culture that aligns with and actively supports the company vision and values.
  • Support all activities within the Customer & Third Party Team
  • Manage all third party/ stakeholder issues on projects form conception through tot handover and closed one whilst providing guidance to colleagues and client.
  • Attend pre-start, project update and building collaboration meetings providing input and support
  • Conduct regular customer site appraisals; coaching operations to ensure customer is considered in their daily actives.
  • Achieve agreed KPI's that meet both the customer and business needs.
  • Resolve & Manager all unwanted contacts/ complaints in a professional manned to agrees SLA's.
  • Establish and develop effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
  • Manage Structural survey requirements on each project pre & post construction surveyors if required.

Proven experience in delivering and end to end customer experience, including fact to face customer communication.Skills and Experience:

  • Strong verbal communication skills, including written.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and a flexible approached that adapts to certain needs.
  • Ability to interpret and challenge analytical data and reports using sound commercial judgement.
  • Ability to act calmly and rationally in a stressful situation
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated industry
