Customer Service Coordinator
Customer Service Coordinator required relatively close to Woking for a leading residential developer. In the market place, they have one of the best names in the industry. Their projects are all medium to large, good quality housing projects.
Looking for someone ideally with 2 years + experience working on a Residential Development in construction. Must come from the construction industry, other backgrounds will not be considered. Strong customer service and administrative skills including IT skill are VITAL. DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE!!!!!!!!!!
Job requirements include:
- Provide secretarial support to the Customer Service Executive- including typing letters and ensuring all file notes and follow up letters are provided, updating systems and diaries
- Log all calls coming into office and pass on to the relevant
- To action urgent To use discretion where action is required on other less serious issues.
- To ensure written instructions sent to sub-contractors using the Contra Cbarge form
- Maintain Alternative Sub-Contractor file as well as all other files.
- Inform Utilities and local council of legal
- Co-ordination of handover
- Attendance at department meetings and carrying out all actions as
