The Company

We are currently recruiting for an award-winning House Builders who have a national presence.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Administrator from a new build background to start ASAP on a permanent basis to be based in the Cheshunt region.

The Role

This position has the attractive working days of Monday-Friday.

We are ideally looking for applicants who are immediately available for this vacancy.

Job Duties

As Customer Care Admin, you will be covering the following job duties:

  • Responsible for receiving information for all customer care issues
  • Logging issues and scheduling maintenance and repairs works
  • Liaising with subcontractors and engineers to schedule appointments
  • Incoming / outgoing calls
  • Maintaining excellent levels of customer service
  • Handle all written correspondence relating to customer queries
  • Complaint handling
  • Customer aftercare
  • Weekly reports
  • Providing full admin support to Customer Care Manager
  • Other general ad-hoc office-support

The Person

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good written communication
  • Ability to juggle a busy workload
  • Good IT skills including use of MS Excel and Outlook
  • Good listening skills
