Customer Service Coordinator

Customer Service Coordinator required for a luxury developer who have been established in and around London for 20 years. In the market place they have one of the best names in the industry. Their projects are all bespoke large luxury housing projects.

Job requirements include:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Customer Service Executive- including typing letters and ensuring all file notes and follow up letters are provided, updating systems and diaries
  • Spreadsheets, spreadsheets, spreadsheets!!!
  • Log all calls coming into office and pass on the relevant information
  • To action urgent calls and use discretion where action is required on other less serious issues.
  • To ensure written instructions sent to sub-contractors
  • Maintain Alternative Sub-Contractor file and all other files.
  • Co-ordination of handovers


You must live within 30minutes travelling distance of Hendon- North West London

Looking for someone ideally with 3+ years experience in an ADMINISTRATIVE customer service role (Ideally in residential construction or facilities coordination or serviced offices).

You must be extremely strong with spreadsheets and excel!!

You must have plenty of experience on the phone!

Customer service and admin skills including IT skill are VITAL.

Patience is key

Problem solving!!!! You must be a dog with a bone when you come across a problem
