I have an urgent requirement for a Customer service advisor on a short term contract for my client in Bristol.

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for telephone, email, text and web based contact for all customers in regards to repairs and housing requests and enquiries. You will provide an end to end customer service, ensuring that everyone is satisfied with the outcome to their enquiry. The Customer Service Advisor works closely with the Customer Service Manager to provide a service where 90% of queries or service requests can be resolved at the first point of contact.
