Customer Service Administrator
Start date – ASAP
End date – 30th June – high possibility of extention
£12.60 per hour PAYE, or
£14.50 per hour PAYE including holiday pay.
Job opportunity available for a Housing Maintenance Customer Service Administrator to join a large, well respected construction company on a contract assignment. Your role will be key to supporting the delivery of planned maintenance & repair solutions for various clients. You will be providing support to your colleagues on our contracts, the subcontractors & operatives, the client, and the residents of the houses managed by the companies clients
In this role, you will be scheduling Engineers and Subcontractors and allocating work orders to ensure completion of works within service level agreements. You will ensure everyone attending site has the correct clearance levels, that health and safety documentation has been received and that any site escorts required have been arranged.
We are looking for someone with some knowledge of & experience in similar industries to housing maintenance, construction, or property services; and have an office administration background! You must possess a great attitude towards work with a flexible approach and be proficient with MS packages.
