A North West Based Housing developer is seeking a Customer Care Manager to assist in Starting and managing their team, you will be the first Customer Care Manager the Company has employed since been established in 1999, you will be expected to set up and implement the new systems as the company grows.

This role will involve:

- Being the front line of contact for customers and stake holders via telephone, email, live chat and face to face
- Encouraging the team to meet and exceed targets and hitting your own KPIs consistently
-Analysing processes and implementing new opportunities to improve customer experiences
-Dealing with budgets and managing these efficiently
- Recruiting, supporting and developing customer panels to improve community partnerships and service
- Working flexibly and taking on any adhoc duties as required by the organisation

To be able to do this position, you should have the following skills/attributes:
- Experience leading a contact centre team
- Housing knowledge and experience in a similar role
- Experience meeting and exceeding customer expectations
-A track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
-Able to conduct 1 to 1 meetings and be stern with your team when needed
- Able to implement changes to the organisation
- Meticulous attention to detail with great written and verbal communication
- Great IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems
- Complaints experience
- Experience of telephony system and dealing with information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- A sparkling personality, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
