Anderselite are currently recruiting on behalf of our client Ancala Water Services for a Control Centre Coordinator to be based in Barnsley. Ancala Water Services deliver water and wastewater services to over 1,100 sites throughout England and Wales including the £1billion 25-year Aquatrine A contract delivering water, wastewater, fire system maintenance and specialist estate management services to the Ministry of Defence.
The Control Centre Coordinator will work in a team to deliver excellent customer service for all internal and external customers and client enquires. The team are also responsible for scheduling work to ensure that planned and reactive activities are undertaken within agreed timescales.
To be considered for this Control Centre Coordinator role you will need to have:
- Experience in a control / call centre role ideally gained within the utilities or property sectors
- Experience of prioritising workloads with conflicting priorities, excellent organisational skills, critical thinking and confidence to make decisions
- Excellent telephone manner and proven customer service experience
- Strong IT skills specifically in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Team player with the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet the criteria for security clearance (5-year UK residency) is essential
