Contracts Manager - Permanent - Restaurant & Cinema - Fit Out / Refurbishment
Are you a contracts or project manager with experience of managing fit out or refurbishment projects on behalf of brewery chain client, restaurant chains independent operators or cinema chains ?
We are currently recruiting for the role of contracts manager on behalf of a well established contractor who specialise in the refurbishment / fit out of pubs and restaurants on behalf of brewery chains across the north west and central regions.
Due to an increase of workload going forward into 2021 the contractor are looking for a contracts manager with experience of managing fast track refurbishment projects with values from 50k to 750k .
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Health and safety compliance
- Resource allocation
- Site visits
- Briefing site managers
- Client liaison
- Profit & loss accounts / final accounts
Experience:
- Minimum of one years contract management experience
Able to manage multiple project with values up to £750k - Experience of managing projects in the hospitality fit out sector
The salary on offer is up to 50k , plus a vehicle , fuel card , laptop and phone .
There is also the potential for a bonus to be paid , subject to the successful completion of a probationary period of 3 months .
