Facades / Externals Contracts Manager - Specialist Contractor - Wakefield based

I am currently working with a specialist contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a number of stone / masonary facade projects across the UK.

This role is a true contracts manager position overseeing multiple live projects and taking responsiblity of everything ranging from organising materials, labour, subcontractors, managing client expectations, health & safety and safe delivery of the projects. Working on schemes ranging from £100k through to £1.5m in value you will have the ability to think on your feet and multi task at any time.

This role would suit someone who has experience of delivering facade / external packages working for a main contractor or indeed working for a specialist facade contractor.

The role would predominately be based in Wakefield with travel across the UK as an when required.
