Job Description: Contracts Manager

My client a Residential groundwork's sub contractor are rapidly growing and looking to add a Contracts manager into their senior team. Experience of working as a Contracts Manager or a Senior Project Manager for a Residential Groundworks sub-contractor.

Duties:

• Manage plots, draiange, foundations, roads and sewer schemes across 4 - 5 residential groundworks projects around the North West.
• Have responsibility for project delivery, quality, managing costs, health and safety and managing people.
• Develop strong working partnerships with clients
• You'll be commercially aware with excellent people management skills with the ability to develop your team
