Contracts administrator

Birmingham City Centre


Anderselite are looking for an administrator who would create and manage contracts for a national team of recruitment consultants. You would be based in Birmingham and be expected to work with the national team to ensure that contracts are sent out to the relevant parties.

You would have support from our central services office as well as the consultants you would be dealing with but an ability to work unsupervised is essential. You will be given training on the computer system but again, experience working on database/merging systems would be very useful.

In addition to having experience working in fast paced environments, we would ideally like the right candidate to have

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and IT skills
  • A good work ethic as we would expect circa 40 contracts to be created every week.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, sales environment

We are a national Recruitment agency and we need a Contracts administrator as the level of work load is increasing and we expect to grow further in the next 12 months.
