Job description

Anderselite are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Support Administrator to join their client, a leading facilities management company, based from their premises in Manchester.

This is a temp to perm contract with shifts allocated between the hours of 7am-7pm, working a total of 40 hours per week.

Supporting the Contracts Manager and commercial team, this is a varied role, ideally suited for a well-organised and proactive individual with a superb eye for detail and ability to work within tight timeframes.

Duties include:
* Raising and updating purchase orders
* Liaising with site teams and head office
* Processing quotations, invoices, timesheets and holiday records
* Ordering materials
* Taking minutes
* Preparing reports and documents
* Database maintenance
* General administration
* Responsible for commercial support throughout the contract
* Providing helpdesk cover when needed

Prior experience in a facilities management environment or knowledge of CAFM systems would be extremely beneficial. The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience and familiarity within the construction/ FM sectors.
