Contract Support Administrator (Temp to Perm)
PAYE: £9.13 | LTD: £11.55
Start: 31/01/2020

We're looking for an experienced Contract Support Administrator, based in Luton, to work alongside a leading facilities management company on a temporary basis, leading to a permanent role.

With superb customer service and support skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business, utilising strong organisational and administrative abilities on a daily basis. Knowledge of CAFM systems is also desirable.

This role will include:
* Answering calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
* Maintaining on-site notice boards
* Ensuring relevant QSHE documentation is maintained and accessible in a timely manner
* Collate and process timesheets and expenses
* Raise PO numbers and sale invoices, as required
* Review and process supplier invoices
* Run system reports and update online systems regularly
* Participate in weekly finance meetings and build relationships
* Strive to support the general enhancement of contract processes to meet client requirement.
