Job description

Construction Receptionist / Administrator Required - Start March 2019 (ASAP) - Peterborough Based (Westwood / Longthorpe area) - £8.00 to £10.50 Per Hour (Negotiable on experience/payment type)

Our client, a Construction / Civil Engineering contractor, who operate within the Water sector, are currently looking for a Construction bias Receptionist / Administrator, to work in their busy office environment, for a minimum of 3 months. In this role, you will be required to cover the reception are and complete front of house duties, as well as further administrative duties as noted below.

Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

  • General Secretary / Front of House Duties: Answering phone calls, taking messages, sending e-mails, writing letters, meeting and greeting clients.
  • PA Duties: Working with senior management staff, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes when required.

Candidates will ideally:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role, ideally with a professional construction company or similar.
  • Be IT literate and able to complete the above duties.
