Graduate Opportunity - Construction Management Trainee Position - Leading National Housebuilder 

I am currently working with an award winning house builder who are looking to appoint a Construction Management trainee to join their team.  The role is to primarily work in the technical team where you will rotate across departments and gain experience and exposure in all areas of the design, engineering, planning and development of the house building process.  Typically you will learn to understand everything from land identification and bids, initial design and planning applications, liaising with local authorities, architectural practices and engineering consultancies.  You will learn how departments such as technical, commercial, health & safety, site and sales teams interface with eachother.

The client is a leading, blue chip top 10 house builder with a successful track record of bringing graduates up through their ranks with succcessful staff retention rates.

What they are looking for is someone who has completed or is just about to complete a degree in construction management, architectural design or town planning.  You will be a self starter with a genuine interest in wanting to work for a house builder.  You will be confident with excellent presentation and communciation skills.
